Users with access to this menu option will be able to view all product by depot / account number that is currently on hold / reserved along with narrative as to why.
Simply tick the relevant product you wish releasing then click 'Submit'.
NOTE. After confirming the Submission this action is irreversible via Netstock, please contact your
Account Manager
. Date / Time / User Details are captured at this moment providing full traceability of stock movements.

In addition to the standard search criteria the result set can be displayed in summary format (by product code) or at pallet level (detail).
To speed up the application / reduce bandwidth the application defaults to 20 rows per page, however for faster computers / connections this can be increased
The final selection criteria is the ability to pre-sort the result set (upto two columns - Sort Seq 1 & Sort Seq 2).

Summary Search
Summarised by product code (at case level) the summary search provides a quick overview of a customers stock situation. Each product code can be clicked to drill down to detail level (for that code)
Optionally this list can be downloaded as a
.CSV
document by clicking on the "download" button.
Detail Search
Here product is shown at pallet level, sorted /
filtered
by preference from the search screen.
As with the summary screen, this list can be downloaded as a
.CSV
document.
A new addition to this screen allows customers to 'drill' down to
receipt
level, viewing all additional product receipted on that document along with scanned notes.
Detail Search - In_Transit Tab
Clicking on the 'In_Transit' Tab displays product that has physically left store, but not yet been delivered (ie 'In-Transit'). This list can be downloaded as a .CSV document.
Customers can 'drill' down on this list to view either the
despatch
or
receipt
information.

The order enquiry detail screen can take time to load, hence it is advisable that users refine their search as much as possible due to the large amount of information the system collates.

If 'ticked', the order has left the stock holding account. Clicking the 'tick' will view the

information. Note, this will highlight in red if a PODLI reason code has been entered
POD Scanned
If 'ticked', the POD for the delivery has been scanned is accessible to view. Clicking the 'tick' will view the
scanned despatch
GRRS Raised
If 'ticked', the order has had descrepancies reported (GRRS - Goods Returned, Rejected or Shortage. Clicking the 'tick' will view the
GRRS
information. Note, this will highlight in red by default if ticked. Users have the option to print and/or email the GRRS from here
Here users can change their password / update their email address. Administrative accounts can add / delete users & assign menu options.
This first screen lists in the left had window the company name (demo) and all the available depot(s) / Account(s) available for viewing through Netstock (This is configured initially by your account manager / IT)
The right hand window shows user information, which is currently blank (no user selected). Double click on either the Company name or any Usernames listed under the available accounts to view additional information. Note : A standard user can only change his/her email address/password, whereas an administrator can change everything
Adding a new User
If signed on as an administrative account clicking on Create User will bring up this window. Enter the required fields (note Group Name(company) is not editable) and also check the Admin box if this account has all menu access & can create / amend existing users.
Once done, click on Create to add the user the list. User (eg Test) can be see in the available list:
Once added, the next step is to 'tick' which accounts that new user can view. Simply select by ticking in the 'Active column', then clicking on Submit to process the request.
Maintain a Users Menu Options
Next to each user listed is the
symbol. Double click this to maintain that users menu access rights. Note : An administrative account by default has all options.
Once you have ticked all the necessary options, click on Save to store these details.
All users can access this menu option. Here you will see a photo of your account manager, along with Telephone & email address.
Users with access to this menu option will be able to view all product by depot / account number that is currently on hold / reserved along with narrative as to why.
To release this stock, you will need to have access to the
Release Held Stock
option.

Whilst in this screen, you have the ability to see each movement in further detail. By clicking on the magnifying glass on the left of each row, it will take you to view the full detail of this movement.
Users with access to this menu option can search for a week by week report of all movements for all products. The result will show the opening stock, inward and outward movements and the closing stock after each moevement. Only a single account can be selected but a range of products is allowed. This report will allow matching to customer invoices.
The user also has the option to select either a full detailed view of all the movements between the date range or a summarise version which will just show the opening and closing amount of stock between the dates with a total of the in's and outs for each product

Detail Search
The Detail view (as above) will show every movement on a product between the given date. Also at the end of each item there is a summary line to total up all the movements for that item
Summary Search
The Summary view (as above) displays a summary line for each item. The individual movements are hidden and available in the detailed view.
